Hoarding!!!

"Hoarders" would be severely dealt with....

Food prices have been raising for sometime past, one of the main causes of this is the hoarding of food grains.
There is acute shortage of a number of essential commodities.
To earn huge profits, businessmen hoard the necessities of life. This causes great hardship to the people.

We must introduce a strong legislation to check hoarding with the greatest zeal and effort.

Hoarders, black marketers and profiteers would be severely dealt with.

Dying to live ???

Stop Cheating!!!!!

Arise....Awake.....Against Adulterated goods....!

Now-a-days we do not get the necessities of life in pure
condition.

Milk, Baby Foods,Ghee, butter, oil, etc... all are sold adulterated!!!

Not only food stuffs, but medicines also........!!!

Toilet goods and their articles are mixed with inferior
and cheaper substances.

This amounts to the cheating of the people. This is a social
crime.

We must make all possible efforts to curb this nefarious
trade.

The people must be ensured the supply of pure and
unadulterated goods.

Early marriage-A Social Evil.

In this contemporary world, our young generation is growing fast & showing maturity than their age!!!(Some extent,"we"r premature....)

As a result, child marriages are common in different parts of the world!!!

Our marriage customs must be reformed,

Child-marriage and early marriage have no place in social life today.

Boys and girls must be given some say in the selection of their partners.

We must pass a law which make dowry hunting a legal offence.

We must never allow any sort of business in the form of marriage, as this is a great social curse...

Much more to mention.....

The cost of Oxygen.....

In one day a human being breathes oxygen equivalent to three cylinders.
Each oxygen cylinder on an average costs Rs 700, without subsidy.
So in a day one uses Oxygen worth Rs 2100 and for a full year it is Rs 7,66,500.
If we consider an average life span of 65 years; the costs of oxygen we use become a staggering sum of  Rs 500,00,000. Rs 50 million.
All this oxygen is derived free of cost from the surrounding trees..
Very few people look at trees as a resource and there is rampart tree cutting going on everywhere which should stop.

Please pass this to your friends & who care for trees.

Let me Salute U...

 My Dear ("Honorable") Child...Namaskaar.

Om Prakash Yadav,Age 11, a Class VII student and the son of a

Uttar Pradesh farmer, pulled out several of his friends alive out of a

burning van, caring little about his own safety.
On September 4, 2010, Om Prakash was going to school along with

other students in a Maruti van. But all of a sudden, the van caught

fire because of a short circuit in the gas kit.

The driver immediately opened his door and fled. But not Om

Prakash.

He broke open the van door and pulled out the others, caring little

about the flames that had spread to his face, back and arms.

He saved eight children. For his bravery, he has won the Sanjay

Chopra Award.India's National Bravery Awards 2012.

"Racism" ....an unwanted Social Evil.

This happened on TAM airlines.

A 50-something year old white woman arrived at her seat and saw that the passenger next to her was a black man.

Visibly furious, she called the air hostess.

"What's the problem, ma?" the hostess asked her

"Can't you see?" the lady said - "I was given a seat next to a black man. I can't seat here next to him. You have to change my seat"

- "Please, calm down, ma" - said the hostess
"Unfortunately, all the seats are occupied, but I'm still going to check if we have any."

The hostess left and returned some minutes later.

"Madam, as I told you, there isn't any empty seat in this class- economy class.
But I spoke to the captain and he confirmed that there isn't any empty seats in the economy class. We only have seats in the first class."

And before the woman said anything, the hostess continued

"Look, it is unusual for our company to allow a passenger from the economy class change to the first class.
However, given the circumstances, the commandant thinks that it would be a scandal to make a passenger travel sat next to an unpleasant person."

And turning to the black man, the hostess said:

"Which means, Sir, if you would be so nice to pack your handbag, we have reserved you a seat in the first class..."

And all the passengers nearby, who were shocked to see the scene started applauding, some standing on their feet."

Save our Food...Save our Kids....

The Biotechnology Regulatory Authority of India (BRAI) bill is the

ultimate threat to the safety of our food. The bill will create a body

that will allow genetic modification of our food. It is due to be

tabled in the upcoming session of Parliament.

Right now, state governments can reject any open release or field

experiments of genetically modified (GM) crops in their respective

states. With the BRAI in place, state governments will lose this

power.

Public opposition has kept the Central government from tabling the

bill in Parliament so far. We must ensure that the bill is not tabled in

the upcoming session as well. This can happen if State governments

also oppose the introduction of this controversial bill.

This will spoil our upcoming generation....

In future,we Grandmas& Grandpas will see our grandchildren with

brainless babies  :(((

SO..................

Write to our Chief Minister and ask him to oppose the BRAI

bill because it threatens our food safety.

Save Marine Wealth....Save the fish stock.....

The illegal and destructive fishing practices that are hurting the

country's fish stock and the livelihood of millions who depend

on fishing.

We should ask Minister Shard Pawar to protect our sea and it's

fish stock because the livelihood of millions depends on them.

100%---It's 4 U.....

A beautiful relationship does not depend upon how good we understand someone,
but on how well we avoid misunderstandings.

Mr.Infosys-(D person & d Brand.)

A person who inspires  I.T.generation..............

Mr N. R. Narayana Murthy is retiring from Infosys, the company that he founded (with a few of his friends), a company that he led to pre-eminence even as everyone is asking “Why” and not “Why not?”.

To a perpetual student of branding like me, Mr Narayana Murthy is the ultimate personal brand — demonstrating in no uncertain terms that people from the corporate world can as much be brands as people from sports or entertainment.

For five years, brand-comm, the company I founded did a business leadership survey amongst management students in India and every year, Mr Narayana Murthy with predictable and monotonous regularity was the most admired business leader as chosen by India's future managers.

We promptly gave up doing the study after five years!

Tempted as I am to wax eloquent about his rise to personal brand stardom, I shall desist and stay with my views of him as a person that I knew. Although my opportunities to interact and learn from him were limited, they were impactful enough to make an impression on me and provide opportunities to learn from.

The early years
I first met Mr Narayana Murthy when I was the head of Mudra in Bangalore and it was our agency that had handled the advertising for the public issue. I remember a team of eight of us going for the meeting. (To those of you who are unfamiliar with the advertising industry,

I must confess that we believe in the strength of numbers rather than in the power of ideas). In those days, Infosys operated in a small office at Koramangala. Today that is a heritage office of the company.

But believe it or not, there were not enough spare chairs in the office and some of the employees went out to stretch their legs. And just see where NRN has taken the company in two decades! A simple lesson — it is not where you are now, but where you wish to be that matters in the ultimate analysis. I did have a small regret though.

The cutting edge campaign that we created for the company was not approved. In hindsight, the company took the right call as the campaign depicted what Infosys could be, and not what it was then. Even in its advertising, the company was not making forward-looking statements — something that other corporates might do well to note.

An unlikely cricket fan
I had wanted to interview Mr Narayana Murthy for my first book One land, one billion minds and he readily agreed. I was carefully noting down whatever he was saying in his cabin when we were interrupted.

He had an unexpected visitor in G. R. Vishwanath, who incidentally was my favourite cricketer. Mr. Narayana Murthy excused himself and when someone introduced him to Vishy, he said, “Of course, I am a great fan of yours. I was at Kanpur at your debut with my friends and can never forget your innings.”
To which that wonderful cricketer said with a twinkle in his eye, “Not the first innings, I hope,” , as he had scored a duck in the first innings.

While the incident itself was a simple one, it showed a new dimension to the great man. The wonderful game of cricket had an unlikely follower in one of India's leading lights of industry who even knew what the batsman had scored on his debut.

There was another aspect of the great man that I must mention. When the government thoughtlessly decided to control the functioning of the IIMs, the IIM-B alumni association of which I was a part sent a letter of support to over 40 board members of the different IIMs.

We got one solitary acknowledgement — that was from Mr Narayana Murthy who was the chairman of the board of IIM-A. Not even IIM-B, our alma mater, responded!

I have always admired Mr Narayana Murthy's ability to always acknowledge and respond to mails and letters. Sadly not many follow his example in today's corporate world, and perhaps not even in Infosys.

With brains and a heart
It is easy to talk at length about Mr Narayana Murthy's simplicity, his spartan life style, his down-to-earth qualities and the influence of his values on the company that he founded. His phenomenal success over the years had no impact on him as a person.

Even today, when he has become a global brand, he remains the same simple individual that he was in '91. And let us not forget his contributions and those by his family members to various social causes.

I wish corporate India had more gentlemen with brains and open wallets like the founder of Infosys who retires. He leaves with Infosys a legacy of success, values and ethics that few have created in their lifetime.

I am sure the future holds greater things for him.

Mr Infosys - the person and the brand

Narayana Murthy walks into the sunset leaving Infosys with a legacy of success, values and ethics that few have created in their lifetime.

Q: Can people with low blood pressure suffer heart diseases?
Ans: Extremely rare.

Ans: Extremely difficult without ECG

Ans : When you are young, nature protects you against all these irregularities. However, as you grow older, respect the biological clock.

Q: Will taking anti-hypertensive drugs cause some other complications (short / long term)?

Ans : No.

Q: Can a person help himself during a heart attack (Because we see a lot of forwarded emails on this)?
Ans : Yes. Lie down comfortably and put an aspirin tablet of any description under the tongue and ask someone to take you to the nearest coronary care unit without any delay and do not wait for the ambulance since most of the time, the ambulance does not turn up.

Q: Sometimes, due to the hectic schedule we are not able to exercise. So, does walking while doing daily chores at home or climbing the stairs in the house, work as a substitute for exercise? Ans : Certainly. Avoid sitting continuously for more than half an hour and even the act of getting out of the chair and going to another chair and sitting helps a lot.

Indian Food Bill -Distance from Somalia to(II Somalia--INDIA??)

Is there any need of Second SOMALIA in this World????

Our Government is working on a disastrous recipe. It’s a BILL that will place genetically modified (GM) food on our plates, without our knowledge.

The Biotechnology Regulatory Authority of India (BRAI) bill can be tabled anytime in this monsoon session of Parliament. The bill, which is not even public, is being pushed in a hasty and secretive fashion. According to an earlier version leaked by the media, the bill will create a centralised non transparent body which will become the sole approver for GM crops.

By being secretive, the government is only creating more suspicion about the intention of the bill. Public opposition helped stop Bt Brinjal, last year. Now we need to get the national government to stop this bill and save our food.

Opposition from people against GM crops in Karnataka made the government declare a ban on the field trials of GM crops in the state. This can be achieved again. Support from lakhs of people will help put pressure on the PM to stop this bill.

The last known draft of the bill had a clause which allowed BRAI to escape the purview of Right to Information. If the bill is passed as is, we will not be able to stop genetic modification of 56 other crops in the pipeline.

So We must act accordingly....
Mr.PRIME MINISTER.....,  "STOP THIS FOOD BILL,"

"SAVE OUR CROPS,
SAVE OUR FARMERS,
SAVE OUR GENERATION"
